The ACPM-7311, a Wide-band Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA) Power Amplifier (PA), is a fully matched 10-pin surface mount module developed for W-CDMA handset applications. This power amplifier module operates in the 824-849 MHz bandwidth. The ACPM-7311 meets the stringent W-CDMA linearity requirements for output power of up to 28 dBm.
